Y4 : .NET 5

Fitst is implemented and extended on the Y3 platform server side with Microsoft .NET 5, which can be deployed on Windows or Linux; Second is WebUI, uses Bootstrap and React. It is basically the same as the Y3, 80% of the functions are implemented through configuration, and the remaining 20% of the functions are implemented on the server side by writing C# scripts, and WebUi is implemented through JavaScript or Html scripts
